Our client is seeking a Customer Success Representative. As a Customer Success Representative, you will champion customer outcomes through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement. You’ll use your customer insights and relationship-building skills to drive retention strategies and ensure customers realize the full value of our client’s solutions. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the customer experience while influencing internal efficiency and long-term success.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Employees in this role are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek.
