Customer Success Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Success Representative. As a Customer Success Representative, you will champion customer outcomes through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement. You’ll use your customer insights and relationship-building skills to drive retention strategies and ensure customers realize the full value of our client’s solutions. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the customer experience while influencing internal efficiency and long-term success.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Employees in this role are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding and training to ensure successful adoption of products and services
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive, ongoing communication
  • Provide guidance and support that anticipates customer needs and drives successful outcomes
  • Develop and inform customer retention strategies based on real-world customer experiences
  • Collaborate internally to improve processes and increase organizational efficiency
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers, helping bring renewed value and impact to their health plans

Requirements

  • Two years in Customer Success, Advocacy, Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar role required
  • Insurance experience in employee benefits and/or personal insurance highly preferred
  • Experience working with SaaS customers, or the willingness to learn the industry
  • Experience with SaaS products and customer success processes preferred
  • Experience with insure-tech platforms or benefits administration preferred
  • Ability to organize and self-direct
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills
  • Passionate about building and maintaining relationships
  • An elevated level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
