  • Care Setting: Inpatient and Telehealth
  • Shift Details: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, Clinic hours: 8 AM - 4 PMKey Requirements
    • Licensure: Active IA License or Active IMLC
    • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
    • Fellowship Trained in Hematology Oncology
    • Experience Required: Must be experienced
